Two big banks of Iran and Russia to support economic activists

Mohammad Reza Hoseinzadeh, Managing Director of Bank Melli Iran, met with Dmitry Eskobelkin, Deputy Manager of Central Bank of Russia.
According to Public Relations Department of BMI, Hoseinzadeh referred to landscape of Iran- Russia economic relations and said; "establishing strong banking relations is crucial for the two countries to achieve trade and economic goals and both countries are fully prepared to support economic activists."
He added; "Fortunately, correspondent banking relationships have been re-established. MBB has assumed an active role in developing interactions between banks of both countries under rules and regulations of Russia and rendered banking services to economic activists thoroughly."
He thanked Eskobelkin as the head of Russia banking Commission for his support for developing banking ties.
In this meeting, Eskobelkin highlighted the good relationship between Iran and Russia that's had a growing trend. He emphasized that bilateral banking cooperation between central banks that can expand banking ties between commercial banks of both countries too. He expressed delight that the banking ties are being promoting between Bank Melli Iran and big banks of Russia. He also said;" Investment banking activities are growing dynamically."
During the meeting Gholamreza Panahi, Deputy Chairman in International Affairs, expressed hope that the big banks of the two countries are developing joint cooperation in financing big plans and projects.
Also, at the beginning of the meeting Mohammad Hazzar, General Director of Mir Business Bank, appreciated Central Bank of Russia for its supports and reported some MBB's activities.
