According to Pr. Dept. of BMI, General Director of economic affairs office in Tehran governorship in a letter addressing the Managing Director of BMI referred to Article 6 of Consumer Protection Law approved by the parliament in 2008 and its instructions (subject to satisfaction measurement of administrative systems) and announced this bank has been ranked the highest level- recording 97 out of 100. The satisfaction assessment includes factors of service introduction and offerings, conducting customer polls and surveys, dealing with complaints, making plans for teaching and culture creation and also practicing respectful manners to customers.
